Kaminari Games is a new studio that consists of development staff from Moss, the company known for developing and publishing numerous vertical shooters and more for the past 25 years. While Moss continues its business in video content, Kaminari Games will continue its video game development part of things.
A new game for consoles that is something other than a shooting game is currently in development, and it is in the pre-production stage. No further information was shared, but they may have some kind of announcement this spring.
