Back when Mortal Kombat 11 was announced, Shao Kahn was revealed as a preorder bonus fighter. Now, we have a better idea of when more information on the character will be revealed. Much like other characters Netherrealm has revealed, he will be receiving a full character breakdown on April 22, 2019.

 

The Mortal Kombat 11 Shao Kahn breakdown was revealed by Netherrealm Community Manager Tyler Lansdown. After a fan took to Twitter to ask when people could expect to see details about the character, Lansdown said, “April 22nd.” No additional details were provided.

 

 

Following Shao Kahn’s breakdown there will be only one more Mortal Kombat 11 member of the starting roster to reveal. (The leaked trophy list has already announced this character’s identity.

 

Mortal Kombat 11 will come to the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on April 23, 2019. People who preorder the game will get Shao Kahn as a playable character. It will also appear at EVO 2019.
