This Month’s Pokémon Giveaway Lets You Add Genesect To Your Team

With the start of November, a new mythical Pokémon is available to celebrate Pokémon’s 20th anniversary. This month, the spotlight is on the Bug/Steel type Genesect.

To obtain a Genesect of your own, you must first get a free code from participating GameStop stores (or EB Games in Canada), and then use that code in your copy of either Pokémon X, Y, Omega Ruby, or Alpha Sapphire. Genesect will arrive in your game at level 100, will have the Ability Download, and know the moves Techno Blast, Magnet Bomb, Solar Beam, and Signal Beam. The code to obtain Genesect will be redeemable until February 28th, 2017.

Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby, and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire are available for the Nintendo 3DS.
