Originally slated for a May 2020 release, this upcoming Free Title Update will not only come with the addition of the Legendary Dragon Alatreon, but with armor and weapon sets unique to this monster. In June, Capcom had announced that fans could expect to see the Free Title Update 4 sometime in early July.

In addition to the announcement of when the Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Free Title Update 4 will finally hit, the upcoming Developer Diary will showcase game play and other upcoming events that will be bundled in with the update. An unknown monster was also teased at the end of the announcement trailer. Fans can tune into the upcoming Developer Diary via the official Monster Hunter Twitch page. The Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Developer Diary 6 will begin at 5:00 am PDT on July 3, 2020.

Monster Hunter World and its expansion, Iceborne, are available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
