The screenshot shared showed a few different settings in Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak’s options menu. In it, “hit effects” is set as normal. People are also able to adjust the player hit effects. Folks can set both their own characters’ and those of other players. In the case of ones for hunters, the two options shown suggest more finer details. The one for the “player hit effects” one is set at “display at 100%.” The one for “other player hit effects” is at “display at 25%.”

This isn’t the only settings change coming in Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak. Back at the beginning of April 2022, Suzuki talked about another one. At that time, he showed the new shortcuts options. He pointed out the Item Box Quest Settings menu, which showed four menu shortcut options and four loadout possibilities.

Monster Hunter Rise is available for the Nintendo Switch and PC, and the Sunbreak expansion will arrive on June 30, 2022. We’ll have to wait until May 2022 for more big announcements about the add-on.
