The dimensions of the mouse mats are H 400mm×W 800mm×D 3mm. As mentioned previously, each mat features the Malzeno. However, one of the mats includes renders of the Garagolm and Lunagaron. This is the first time these two monsters have appeared in a Monster Hunter game. The other mat designs primarily focus on the Malzeno and are pieces of promotional artwork that have been used for Sunbreak.

Capcom has given players the chance to take on the Malzeno ahead of the release of the expansion. A demo for the expansion allows Hunters to challenge this fearsome vampire-inspired dragon through an Advanced Quest.
