Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn Takes Inspiration From Cover Shooters

Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn plays like a third-person shooter, but mobile suits are too big to hide behind sandbags. Asteroids are cover points in the upcoming PlayStation 3 game. When you take cover enemies lose their target and lock-on, which should give you a breather from beam rifle blasts.

First print copies of the game include a code to add Delta Gundam as a playable mecha. You can also get a mission titled "Vs. Delta Gundam" with the Delta Gundam plastic model coming out on March 8. Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn comes out on the same day for PS3.
