Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance DLC Will Bring A New Playable Character

Recommended Videos

Konami and PlatinumGames have already looked into the idea of allowing you to play as someone other than Raiden in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. PlatinumGames producer, Yuji Korekado, confirmed this in a recent interview with Gametrailers.com (via Eurogamer).

"Right now we don’t have any plans for competitive online play or anything like that,” Korekado revealed. “However, we do have plans for some downloadable content after the release of the game that will allow you to play as a different character or experience different types of missions.”

Korekado didn’t specify just which character Konami and Platinum had in mind, and we probably won’t find out for a little while longer. In meantime, you can read our hands-on impressions of Metal Gear Rising here.
