Here’s the official English trailer for the upcoming Mega Man Battle Network plamodels:

The Japanese version of the trailer shows more content. It features narrations by Akiko Kimura and Kumiko Higa, the respective voice actresses of MegaMan.EXE and Lan (Netto) Hikari. It also reveals that people who buy the plamodels directly from the Kotobukiya Shop will receive exclusive reversible plates based on the battlefield tiles in the Battle Network games.

Kotobukiya initially revealed unpainted prototypes of the Battle Network model kits in November 2020. MegaMan.EXE will be the fourth series protagonist to receive a plamodel from Kotobukiya. The company has previously released model kits of the classic Mega Man, Mega Man X, and Zero from the Mega Man Zero series.

The Mega Man Battle Network series appeared on Game Boy Advance in the early 2000s. All six mainline entries are available on the Wii U Virtual Console eShop. However, Nintendo will shut down the legacy console storefront in 2023. Capcom has also released soundtracks for all mainline titles—including Battle Network 4.5—on Spotify.
