By It’s raining Mega Man re-releases in Japan. Capcom announced Mega Man 8, Mega Man X4, Mega Man X5, The Misadventures of Tron Bonne, and Mega Man Battle & Chase will be available on Japan’s PlayStation Store as PsOne Classics starting on December 17. Mega Man X4 and Mega Man X5 are already on the PlayStation Store in North America, but perhaps we’ll see these other Mega Man titles soon.
On top of those games, Wii U Virtual Console will get Game Boy Advance titles Mega Man Battle Network 3 and Mega Man Battle Network 3 Black. The Black version of the game is a different version with new levels and bug fixes only released in Japan. Capcom announced plans to release the series of Mega Man GBA games in the West too, but have not set a release date for Mega Man Battle Network 3.
