McDonald’s Collab Reimagines Demon Slayer Characters as Employees

Starting on March 5, 2021, McDonald’s stores in Japan will offer Demon Slayer, adding limited edition stickers in its Happy Meals at participating stores. The collaboration will introduce five different sets of stickers, each featuring a character from Demon Slayer dressed as a McDonald’s employee. The collaboration will end when stickers sell out.

Featured character sticker sets will include Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, Inosuke, and the two Hashira Giyu and Shinobu as a pair. Tanjiro’s sticker set will show the Demon Slayer as a server. Nezuko’s has her as a guest experience leader, a Japan-specific job. Zenitsu appears as a McCafe barista. Inosuke shows up as a delivery person. Giyu and Shinobu appear as managers.

Each set will include 3 different stickers:

  • An official artwork sticker
  • The character reimagined as a McDonald’s employee
  • Message stickers with scenes from the anime
