The Valkyria Chronicles Remastered release date has been announced. The game will be coming to the PlayStation 4 in both North America and Europe on May 17, 2016. North American pricing has also been announced, and it will cost $29.99 in the United States and $44.99 in Canada.
Pre-order and launch copy promotions have also been announced. A Squad 7 Armored Case will come with pre-orders and launch copies in the Americas. Europeans will get The Art of Valkyria Chronicles Remastered, a 32-page art book, and a poster that has Squad 7 on the front and Selvaria Bles on the back.
With the PlayStation 4 version of Valkyria Chronicles Remastered, people are getting a verion of the game that plays in 1080p at 60fps. It has Japanese and English voice acting options and trophies. It also includes all of the original game’s DLC, which adds a Hard EX Mode, the “Enter the Edy Detachment” Edy side-story campaign, a “Behind Her Blue Flame” Selvaria side-story campaign, and six Challenge of the Edy Detactment missions.
Valkyria Chronicles is immediately available for the PlayStation 3 and Windows PC.
