Udon are releasing a completely original art book for the Marvel vs. Capcom series. Marvel vs. Capcom Complete Works has no Japanese counterpart, and contains existing art from the entire series, as well as new art created specifically for the book.
Marvel vs. Capcom Complete Works will include all the promotional artwork, a complete art archive of all Marvel vs. Capcom character drawings, and never-before-seen art, sketches, and bonus material.
However, the book won’t limit itself to just the Versus games. You’ll find art from a number of Capcom-developed Marvel games like: The Punisher, X-Men: Children of the Atom, Marvel Super Heroes, X-Men vs. Street Fighter, Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter, Marvel vs. Capcom, Marvel vs. Capcom 2, Marvel vs. Capcom 3, and Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3.
Marvel vs. Capcom Complete Works will be available in both softcover ($45) and hardcover ($100) editions, and the book will be 192 pages in length. While you can purchase the softcover edition through Amazon, the hardcover edition will be exclusive to this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, which is being held next month.
