Mario Kart 8 is getting a limited edition in Europe, Nintendo announced this morning. The Mario Kart 8 Limited Edition will come with the game, and a Spiny Shell statue.

 

The bundle is available for pre-order from Nintendo’s online store in the U.K. and select retailers while stocks last, and will be released on May 30th.

 

Meanwhile, Super Mario Kart for the SNES will be released as Wii U Virtual Console title on March 27th in the U.K., and if you buy the game, you’ll get a discount of £5.49 on the download version of Mario Kart 8.

 

Note that the two purchases must be made on the same Wii U console, and that the offer is valid only until June 30th.
