The announcement Tweet includes a sneak peek at her model. She looks like a marine princess, with lots of little flower designs all over her body. As of the time of writing, Aida’s YouTube channel, which has over 25.8k subscribers, does not have a livestream set up for people to wait for her. However, on her official website, she stated that her social medias will reveal the exact time and date of her first stream as the VTuber Rikyako.

It’s unknown what Aida plans on streaming as a VTuber. Most VTubers stream themselves playing games, singing, or chatting with their audience. Due to Aida’s profession, she may hold a singing stream. She may also be like some other talents and voice actors these days who have YouTube channels dedicated to their hobbies or game sessions. In any case, her staff will reveal more information at a later date.

Aside from her work on Love! Live! Sunshine!!, Rikako Aida appeared as Kira in Dungeon & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves (Japanese dub), Quartz in Arknights, and Zephine in Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & The Secret Fairy. She’s also released several albums and singles since 2019.

Riko Sakurauchi’s voice actress Rikako Aida will make her VTuber debut as Rikyako some time in the near future.
