Unreal Life is almost entirely the work of Hako. The developer noted on Twitter that it “took four years to make” and only “the second half of the music” wasn’t a solo effort. It is an adventure game where Hal explores what she can of her world, touching objects to learn about their past. As new items arrive and you look at different items, you’ll get closer to resolving mysteries and be able to reach new places.

Here’s the official trailer for the Unreal Life Switch and PC English debut.

Unreal Life will come to the Nintendo Switch and PC on November 19, 2020. The Steam page is already online, confirming achievements and cloud saves will be available, as well as a “Sound of the Mind” original digital soundtrack.
