Lineage W Global Pre-Registration to Begin in November

NCSoft announced global pre-registration for Lineage W will begin on November 2, 2021. However, users will need to pre-register through the use of the Purple app. The Purple app will allow for players to access the game on both their mobile devices and PC. The title will release simultaneously worldwide. Additionally, it will allow for cross play between mobile devices and PC. [Thanks, 4Gamer!]

Lineage W was announced in August 2021. It included a short trailer, revealing the new visual direction the series will be taking. Additionally, the official website has updated revealing characters that will appear in the title. Classes have also been detailed through the official website. A total of four classes will be available: the Elf, Monarch, Mage, and Knight.

Combat and general gameplay for Lineage W was also revealed. Similar to the original Lineage title for PC and mobile titles like Lineage II M, it will be a top down isometric RPG. Locations from previous entries will appear in Lineage W, such as Talking Island, Gludio, Windawood, and the Elven Forest. However, the appearances of these locations have been changed somewhat.

Lineage W will release worldwide for PC and mobile devices on November 4, 2021. Pre-registration for Lineage W will begin on November 2, 2021.
