Layton Brothers Sells Over 1 Million In North America And Europe

On June 27th, Level 5 released Layton Brothers: Mystery Room for iOS devices in North America and Europe, and since then, the game has already sold over 1 million units.

 

Layton Brothers: Mystery Room has you playing as Inspector Alfendi Layton, who is the son of Professor Hershel Layton from Level 5’s Professor Layton series. Assisting Alfendi is his newly-assigned assistant, Detective Constable Lucy Baker. The game has you investigating crime scenes and putting evidence together to find contradictions in your witness’ testimonies.

 

Along the way, you’ll also discover something peculiar about Alfendi himself. Along the way, his personality changes drastically, and you’ll find out why as you play the game.

 

Layton Brothers: Mystery Room has nine cases to solve. The first two cases are downloadable for free, and additional cases can be purchased in sets of three. Cases 3-6 cost $2.99/ €2.69 / ₤1.99, while cases 3-9 cost $1.99 / €1.79 / ₤1.49.
