NIS America announced that the Langrisser I & II demo will appear on the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 on February 20th. The Japanese demo has been available on both the eShop and PlayStation Store since February 2019.
If the English Langrisser I & II demo is identical to the Japanese one, it will grant players access to Chapters 1-3 of Langrisser I and Chapters 4-6 of Langrisser II. You will be able to switch out between both the Classic and Remastered art styles as well. Those with a demo game save data received an extra 5,000 gold and 2 CP when playing the main game.
Four sets of classic BGM from previous releases of the two classic Langrisser titles (1993-1998) will be available upon the game’s full release in the Legacy BGM Pack.
Additionally, the game will be available to play at NIS America’s PAX East 2020 booth among other games such as Trails of Cold Steel III on Nintendo Switch, LA-MULANA 1 & 2, Disaster Report 4: Summer MemoriesĀ as well as a new secret game.
Langrisser I&IIĀ will be released on March 10, 2020 in North America and March 13, 2020 in Europe for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC. The game released in Japan for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 back on April 18, 2019.
