Kyojuro Rengoku ARTFX J Figure Burns Bright With Passion

Kotobukiya will release an ARTFX J figure of Kyojuro Rengoku from Demon Slayer in November 2021. The 1/8 scale figure will cost 15,100 JPY, which is approximately $138.12. He is currently unavailable from Kotobukiya’s English website, which means overseas fans may have to use a proxy service or inquire about him at local stores. Though it is possible he could eventually appear at Kotobukiya’s online storefront like the other Demon Slayer figures.

The ARTFX J Kyojuro Rengoku stands at around 225 millimeters, and he is posed as if he is swinging down his katana. The billowing effect on his cape resembles fire, and the base of the figure smolders with flames as well. It is a dynamic figure calling back to his feats in the Demon Slayer: Mugen Train movie.

Kyojuro Rengoku, the Flame Pillar, played a major role in Demon Slayer: Mugen Train. The movie is currently Japan’s highest grossing movie of all time after knocking down Studio Ghibli’s Spirited Away in 2020. The Mugen Train arc in both the manga and the anime delved deeper into Kyojuro’s character and garnered him quite a few fans. In the latest popularity poll for the series, he made it into the top ten and took seventh place.

Kotobukiya’s Demon Slayer Kyojuro Rengoku ARTFX J figure will be available in Japan in November 2021.
