By Arc System Works revealed that Kunio-kun: The World Classics Collection, announced last September for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, will support local and online multiplayer with up to four people, and will have missions for each included game.
The World Classics Collection includes 11 classic Famicom titles plus 4 titles released in the West but not in Japan. The game can be played online and offline with up to four players for co-op gameplay.
There are also individualized missions for each included games, for a total of 55 missions to complete. (3 per game) By completing the missions, players can get sprite avatars that can be used during online play, new nicknames, gallery illustrations, and more.
Kunio-kun: The World Classics Collection releases in Japan in 2018 for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam.
