KonoSuba: Love for this Desire’s Attire is a follow-up title to its 2017 PlayStation 4 and PS Vita adventure game, KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on this Wonderful World! – Judgment to this Greedy Game!
The story starts out with Kazuma and friends finding a strange stone tablet while out on a quest. This mysterious stone tablet has the ability to create clothes of any kind but it also comes with a strange curse. This curse basically makes the “exact opposites of one’s desires”. So that makes Darkness into a cruel and cool-headed queen, Megumin into the founder of a lolita alliance where lolis rule supreme, and Aqua into an actual proper goddess. Kazuma must use the stone to find the outfits that fulfill their desires in order to turn them back to normal.
There are all kinds of outfits to craft and you’ll get to check out the stories that accompany them. The trailer gives us a glimpse of all the different costumes in different scenarios. The gameplay revolves around finding the right outfits, so that means you’ll be crafting a lot of them. It requires scheduling the party to go on quests or go work part-time in order to acquire the necessary materials to make clothes.
KonoSuba: Love for this Desire’s Attire will release for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in Japan on September 24, 2020. You can check out more details on the game in our previous report.
