Kemco’s RPG Dead Dragons Is Now Available On iOS

Japanese mobile game publisher Kemco has released its RPG Dead Dragons on iOS after bringing it to Android almost a year ago. The original plan was to bring the iOS version out in the summer of 2014 but, obviously, that fell through. But hey, it’s out now – better late than never.

Dead Dragons follows Will as he discovers that dragons still exist after having been purportedly wiped out one hundred years ago. Will would rather the dragons be dead, but under the guidance of a young girl called Shikina he is led to finding out the connection between humans and the giant lizards.

You may or may not recall that Dead Dragons has a unique “Rotation” turn-based battle system. Activating this sees your characters alternately shuffle to the frontline to both issue attacks and take the full force of the enemy’s blows. This means you can avoid characters with weaker defense from taking hits.

There’s also a “Ruin” mode, which opens up the opportunity for you to unleash huge damage upon the enemy, and call forth extra units to help out. You have to fill your Ruin Gauge in order to use this devastating overdrive mode, though.

You can purchase Dead Dragons on the App Store for the discounted price of $3.99 during its launch period. It’s full price is $7.99. You can also purchase it on Google Play for Android. Find out more about the game on its website.
