Stardust Shooters appeared on Android and iOS devices in Japan in March 2014. When the game shuts down this April, it will have lasted for 7 years. Despite the long lifespan, this mobile game is never released outside Japan.

This announcement will eventually leave JoJo’s Pitter-Patter Pop, a puzzle game featuring chibi characters and mansion decorations that launched in October 2018, as the only JoJo-specific mobile game still in active service. Bandai Namco previously released a mobile 3D action game titled Diamond Records in February 2017. However, it didn’t last long. It was shut down before Stardust Shooters in November 2019.

The latest game inspired by the franchise is JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Last Survivor, which launched in Japanese arcades in December 2019. The series’ latest console game to date is Eyes of Heaven, which is available immediately on the PlayStation 4 worldwide and also the PlayStation 3 in Japan. Jotaro and Dio also appeared in the crossover game Jump Force.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Shooters is available on Android and iOS mobile devices in Japan until April 13, 2021.
