By CyberConnect 2 are developing a JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure game for Namco Bandai, set for release on the PlayStation 3. Given CC2’s specialty, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that this is a fighting game. You can view a trailer for it below (skip to the 52:45 mark):

In case you’re wondering, this is indeed what Namco Bandai’s “All Star Battle” tease was for. The game is titled JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle. At the same event that Namco announced the game, they also announced a new anime series scheduled to air in Japan this October.
