Japan Gets Metal Gear Solid HD Collection In November

Kojima Productions held their Metal Gear Solid stage show today, and Japanese blog, Game Jouhou, has details from the event. New features for Metal Gear Solid HD Collection were discussed, among which is the ability to choose to view event scenes in 4:3 aspect ratio or 16:9 widescreen.

 

Choosing widescreen, however, will give you black bars above and below the screen.

 

The PlayStation 3 version of Metal Gear Solid HD Collection will come with a PlayStation Store Game Archives code for Metal Gear Solid. Kojima Productions are planning a different bonus for the Xbox 360 version.

 

Metal Gear Solid HD Collection will be released on November 23rd in Japan for 5,480 yen ($71).
