HoYoVerse has posted the splash art for Jade, who will be a new character debuting in Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.3. She will be a 5-star Quantum Erudition character.
Jade has appeared in the Version 2.1 story as part of Aventurine’s flashbacks. Like Aventurine and Topaz, she is a member of the IPC Strategic Investment Department and she is one of the Ten Stonehearts. Jade is cold and elegant, and she is very good at understanding others’ emotions. Judging by her quote, she can be a very calculating and shrewd person. We also got a glimpse of this in her past conversation with Aventurine.
Her English voice actress is Faye Mata, her Chinese voice actress is Zhang Ruoyu, and her Japanese voice actress is Kotono Mitsuishi. Mata’s previous roles include Neon in Hunter x Hunter 2011 and Petra in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. As for Zhang, her other roles include Rina in Zenless Zone Zero and various characters, including Ines, in Arknights. Mitsuishi is best known for her roles as Sailor Moon in Sailor Moon and Misato in Neon Genesis Evangelion.
Honkai: Star Rail is readily available on the PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. So far, aside from Jade, we know that Firefly will debut as a playable unit in Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.3.
