FFVII Ever Crisis has a lot of different things you can purchase in the shop, one of which is a Season Pass. Like other games, the Season Pass offers exclusive rewards and other benefits. These include upgrade materials, an exclusive wallpaper, and more. But at its price point, is it worth purchasing?

Is it Worth Buying the Season Pass in FFVII Ever Crisis?

In my opinion, it is not worth purchasing the Season Pass. This is because it costs $13.99 (depending on your region) and only provides the following:

All of these items are not immediately obtained by purchasing the Season Pass. You will need to earn the individual levels for each reward, or cumulative rewards in the case of the Blue Crystals. By comparison, you could purchase the Red Crystal Pack for $14.99 to receive 2,400 Red Crystals (which are the premium currency and a better value for using on premium currency-only banners) and an extra 200 Blue Crystals. Or you can just save your money and not purchase any of these currency packs, which is what I suggest.

While the Season Pass does have upgrade materials like Materia Booster (L) and Grindstone Chunk (4-Star), these items can also be obtained through grinding. These items may give you an early edge, but it’s more cost effective to just grind out these materials, even if it may halt your progress due to the Stamina based system for Solo Content, which is where you will be able to farm these materials.

Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis is immediately available for Android and iOS.
