According to her character description, March 7th got really into martial arts immersia and is also the representative for the Astral Express in the Wardance on the Xianzhou. She’s learning how to use the sword from Yanqing and new character Yunli. Yunli is also the character who gave March 7th her new outfit while Yanqing is the one who gave her her two swords.

March 7th’s kit as a Hunt Imaginary lets her assign a character as her Shifu and she receives stacks whenever the Shifu attacks or uses an Ultimate. March can immediately take action after she gains a certain amount of stacks. During this time, she’ll gain an Enhanced Basic ATK and can deal higher DMG. Her Shifu also gains SPD and their Path determines an additional effect. Erudition, Destruction and Hunt characters will let March deal Additional DMG. Harmony, Nihility, Preservation, and Abundance characters lets her deal extra Toughness Reduction. Her Ultimate deals Imaginary DMG to a single target and boosts her Enhanced Basic ATK.

As for her passive Traces, March 7th can Advance Forward her action at the beginning of battle, as well as reduce Toughness depending on her Shifu’s Type. So it might behoove her to assign a non-Imaginary Shifu to let her reduce Toughness on an enemy without an Imaginary Weakness. Finally, after March 7th uses an Enhanced Basic ATK, she can increase her Shifu’s Crit DMG and Break Effect as well.

Honkai: Star Rail is readily available on the PS4, PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. The Imaginary Hunt version of March 7th will be a free unit and you can claim her after completing the requisite quest in Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.4. This update will go live on July 31, 2024.
