How to Unlock Worqor Lar Dor in FFXIV Dawntrail

In order to unlock Worqor Lar Dor you must do the following:

  • Accept the Main Scenario Quest “The Skyruin”
  • Reach Level 93 on any Disciple of War of Disciple of Magic Job Class
  • Reach Item Level 635

Worqor Lar Dor is the first Trial in Dawntrail, and it will see you face off against Valigarmanda. This fight builds off of mechanics in previous Trials and even Savage Raids found in other expansions. What is most interesting about the fight is that the arena will change accordingly to reflect what kinds of elemental effects will take place throughout. So keep an eye on the outside of the arena for avalanches, and if you’re a healer get ready to heal through some nasty burn effects.

You can use the Trust System for this Trial and select from several available NPCs to accompany you. The NPCs will follow the mechanics of the Trail to a T, so if you feel as though you are struggling with a group of players, don’t be afraid to use the Trust System to learn the basics before you run the Trial again or get thrown into it via the Duty Finder.

Final Fantasy XIV is immediately available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and PC. The Dawntrail expansion is available in Early Access, with the full release to appear on July 2, 2023. If you want to know how to redeem your Early Access codes, you can read about that here.
