How to start Friendship Supervision in Zenless Zone Zero

In order to participate in Friendship Supervision in Zenless Zone Zero, you’ll need to be Inter-Knot Level 30 at the minimum. As well, you’ll need to have reached Main Story Chapter 2 Interlude – Intermission. Before then, you will not be able to take part.

As for the event itself, the story follows Wise and Belle as they help some Bangboo meet the Golden Bangboo, a figure of legend. As a story-based event, there will be multiple phases that will unlock with time. You will simply need to follow the prompts from the quest list to proceed to the next step.

Each new phase will have new story missions and Hollow commissions for you to play. Aside from story events, there are Ambush Training and Celebration Photo modes. By completing tasks, you’ll be able to get Luckyboo, Polychromes, Boopons, and other rewards.

How to play through the event

After completing the story and a combat segment, you have to complete Ambush Training and Celebratory stages as well.

In Ambush Training, you need to count all of the Bangboos in a designated area. Some of the Bangboos are hiding, so it’s not as simple as it looks. Celebratory Photo has you take a picture of the Bangboos, but you’ll need to meet their requirements. For example, certain Bangboos want to be in certain places or with other Bangboos. Meanwhile, others want you to take specific shots of them.

Zenless Zone Zero is readily available on the PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. Friendship Supervision will be available in Zenless Zone Zero until August 5, 2024.
