One of the best parts about Disney Dreamlight Valley is the ability to wear fantastic outfits. You could dress up as a Disney princess one minute or wear classic Mickey Mouse ears like you’re at Disneyland the next. But if you want to know how to save these different outfit presets for easy use in Disney Dreamlight Valley, it has been a challenge until now.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Outfit Presets, Explained

Outfit presets is a feature that was introduced with the release of the Dapper Delights major content update. This is a feature that allows the player to take an existing outfit you love and then save it for later. This means you can create a custom fit and then switch to it anytime you like.

This is great if you have several outfits you like to wear for different occasions. For instance, you might have an outfit for farming that is a bit rougher. But then you have a beautiful gown or suit you use for “dates” with your favorite character. These outfit presets let you switch between these instantly without much effort.

How to Save Outfit Presets

If you want to save some outfit presets yourself in Disney Dreamlight Valley, start by heading to the Wardrobe Menu. It is here in the Wardrobe where you can dress up your character, which you can visit by opening up your inventory. For example, this is done by pressing Y on Xbox, Triangle on PlayStation, or X on Switch.

You can save your outfit to then be accessed as one of your outfit presets. The catch is you can only have up to four of these at any one time. Hopefully this limit raises in the future, but for now, you can only have four at a time. So, you’ll need to carefully pick and choose which outfits to have instant access to.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available right now for iOS, Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
