One of the best parts about Fuuka is that she is one of the earlier love interests in this game that the main character can romance. Fortunately, you can start getting to know her as soon as June 19, after her rescue, which leads to an eventual romance if you want. But there is a downside to this, as she has a pretty harsh stat requirement to unlock her social link.
Here are all of the steps you must do if you want to romance Fuuka in Persona 3 Reload:
- Rescue Fuuka in the main story
- Raise your Courage to rank six Badass
- Complete at least the first rank of the Fortune social link with Keisuke Hiraga (Art Club)
- Speak with Fuuka starting on June 19 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays on the hallway of the second floor
- Choose to say “I love you, Fuuka” during the rank eight to nine event

- Social Link 3: Pick Option 1, Option 1 again, and then any
- Rank 4: Any, Option 3, and Option 1
- Rank 5: Option 2, Option 1, and Option 3
- Social Link 6: Option 1 and Option 1 again
- Rank 7: Any, pick any again, Option 3, and then any once more
- Rank 8: Any Option and then any again
- Social Link 9: Choose “I love you, Fuuka”
- Rank 10: Pick “I’m always here for you” and then “I love them.”
