PS5 and PS4 players are now able to travel across the planet of Aida, take part in timed events and quests, and collect rewards. However, some things could use a bit of explaining and extra polish. If you are wondering, here is how to claim Tower of Fantasy codes on the PS4 and PS5. Or, that is, how you would do so if it wasn’t broken at the moment.

To redeem Tower of Fantasy codes on PlayStation consoles, you will have to do the same as you would on the PC or mobile versions of the game. That is, accessing the Exchange screen at the Rewards menu. However, it is easier said than done, especially if there are no indications on how to do so. I stumbled upon it through trial and error:

  • Press and hold R1 and move your Right Analog Stick up.
  • You will access the Rewards screen. Click R1 multiple times until you get to the Rewards sub-menu.
  • Using your Left Analog Stick, select the Exchange tab.
  • Enter your gift code and then confirm.

If I’m being extra descriptive, it is because the use D-Pad and the Left Analog Stick are not interchangeable. If you try to do so, then you will end up changing the screen or even resetting your gift code input. Moreover, many users are reporting that claiming Tower of Fantasy codes for PlayStation 5 is currently bugged, giving straight-up errors whenever claiming takes place.

Let’s hope that the developers can fix this issue and let players claim their codes. Hopefully, you will get to enjoy your gift codes in Tower of Fantasy in no time.

Tower of Fantasy is available on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Android, iOS, and PC.
