Fodoquia is one of the possible angelic characters you can recruit in Unicorn Overlord. However, this endgame unit doesn’t appear until you’ve really started to make your way into Albion.
How do I recruit Fodoquia in Unicorn Overlord?
Fodoquia is an interesting case! You’ll first meet him at the walled city Peyston. He’ll suggest his people and the city are fine. However, upon closer investigation, Alain will learn that’s far from the truth. This opens up the Liberation Quest “The Battle for Peyston.”
Fodoquia will be in the center of town, with a locked gate barring entry and his minions outside of the town. There will be some barricades, so keep that in mind when deploying units. One of the units will be flying, so a formation that has an archer as a leader could be helpful. Given the small size of this map and the fact that only four real enemies are there to attack, you can probably get by only deploying three squads and not using any Valor points on skills, but keep in mind your allies should be around level 31-33.
Upon defeating Fodoquia and freeing the city, you’ll see a story event involving Alain and Scarlett meeting with him. This will explain his behavior earlier in the encounter. You’ll also get the option to either rescue him or watch over his passing. Since Fodoquia the unique Feathershield character you can recruit in Unicorn Overlord, I recommend choosing to “rescue him.” Winning the battle gets you 20 Honors, a Ruby, the Heavenswing Knights key item as well.
