At the time of writing this, the Egghead story arc has already begun, and the latest anime release is episode 1089. I recommend catching up to episode 1086, in particular, as this is where the previous Wano arc ends and the transition toward Egghead begins.
Rewatch key story arcs
More than likely, you are already caught up with the anime or manga if you are reading this. If that is the case, I recommend checking back up on a couple of key story arcs. Anything regarding Nico Robin is a good spot, as it dives into some of the backstories of the world, which plays a part in this upcoming arc. Stuff like the Skypeia Arc is a great spot. In addition, anything regarding Sabo is also a great way to refresh your memory, such as the Dressrosa Arc.
