How to make a TM in Pokemon Indigo Disk
While exploring the Blueberry Academy Terarium, you will often obtain BBQ quests asking you to craft a TM. Sounds simple, right? The only problem is you can’t fast-travel back to Paldea to craft a technical move because it doesn’t count. There are also no Pokemon Centers scattered throughout the Blueberry Academy.
As a result, I often found myself wasting 10 BP to change these TM quests out. However, the solution is pretty simple, as one place in the Blueberry Academy allows you to make moves. To craft a TM in Pokemon Indigo Disk, you must fast travel to the Central Plaza and use the Technical Machine.
Below are the steps on how to make yourself a TM in Indigo Disk:
- Open up your map with the Y button.
- Move your cursor to the middle of the four biomes and fly to the “Central Plaza” warp point.
- Once at the Central Plaza, use the green Technical Machine next to the two vending machines.
- Craft any TM from your moves list to complete the “Make yourself a TM” BBQ quest.
Where to make a TM in Pokemon Indigo Disk
Unlike the Paldea region, there aren’t any Technical Machines next to the portable Pokemon Center healing stations throughout the Blueberry Academy Terarium. As mentioned above, you must craft a move while in the Terarium in order to complete the “Make yourself a TM” BBQ quest.
So you will need to fast-travel to the Terarium Technical Machine, which is located at the Central Plaza fast-travel point in the middle of the four biomes. Below is a map of the exact location of where you can make TMs in Pokemon Indigo Disk:
While making a TM is pretty straightforward, the game doesn’t explain where to find a Technical Machine in the Indigo Disk DLC. It’s honestly pretty easy to miss, as you really only travel to the Central Plaza once in the story to meet Carmine, and you are locked into a cutscene upon arriving.
Now that you know where you can go to quickly make technical moves, you can save yourself from having to waste 10 BP each time you get the TM-based BBQ quests!
