Here you will find a girl who will offer to make both of these items for you. She is able to make as many as you want, so feel free to keep coming back.
The Galarica Cuff item will evolve a Galarian Slowpoke into a Galarian Slowbro. On the other hand, the Galarica Wreath will evolve it into a Galarian Slowking. It depends on which Pokemon you want to get, so choose carefully if you have limited materials. After all, you need eight Galarica Twigs for one cuff and 15 for a single wreath.
Where do I find Galarica Twigs in the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Indigo Disk DLC?
To find Galarica Twigs, you fortunately won’t have to go too far from where the NPC is for this task. Head north of her to the sandy beach you can see just above her.
