- 1 Lamb Plush.
- 1 Art Supplies.
While this may seem easy, making a Lamb Plush and some Art Supplies requires extra effort. You need 1 Basic Plush and 1 Stick to craft the Lamb Plush and 10 Paper, 3 Rubber, 5 Sticks, and 1 Star to make the Art Supplies.

You can’t craft My Sweet Piano’s Three-Heart Gift without first getting your hands on the Colorful Lamb Plush Crafting Plans. These are given to you by My Sweet Piano once you reach Friendship Level 10 with her.
