The Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty Yasha sniper rifle is a unique new weapon players can get with the release of the DLC. Oddly enough, it isn’t a reward from a certain mission or gig within the game. Instead, you have to do something in the real world involving Twitch Drops if you want to get this sniper rifle.

How to get the Yasha Sniper Rifle Twitch drop for Cyberpunk 2077

The only way to get the new, powerful Yasha sniper rifle in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty is to gift at least two subs to one of the eligible streamers on Twitch. Doing so will give the player a Twitch Drop, which includes the Yasha weapon. However, you must do this while the event is going on, which only lasts from September 25, 2023 through October 21, 2023.

In addition, the key point is you must donate the two subscriptions to one of the eligible streamers in the event. You can ensure this is the case by checking the official Support a Streamer event page from CD Projekt Red to see the full list of streamers there. Unfortunately, this is a bit of a controversial Twitch Drops event since usually Twitch Drops involve watching eligible streamers, not gifting subs, which costs money to do.

This makes the Yasha sniper rifle and the other Twitch Drops from this event paid DLC items in a way. If you have a problem with that, there is a completely free NUS Infiltrator clothing set you can get by just watching these eligible streamers live for at least an hour. Before you can get your Twitch Drops, though, be sure to head here and link your GOG account to your Twitch channel.

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty is available for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
