How to craft Sukiya-Zukuri Cottage Walls in FFXIV

The Sukiya-Zukuri Cottage Walls are the exterior walls I have on my small house in the game, so they are near and dear to my heart. The additional natural hot spring as part of it is a fine touch. Keep in mind the cottage walls are for small houses, the house walls are for mediums, and the mansion walls are for large.

There are only two ways to get the Sukiya-Zukuri Cottage Walls in FFXIV. The first is the most cost-effective but time-consuming, and that is crafting them yourself. Unfortunately, you can only get them through the Free Company Workshop, so you’ll need to be in an FC with a Workshop unlocked. Worse still, you’ll need to upgrade your Workshop to the point where you can even craft these walls. Fortunately, it is pretty easy to do once you get there and it can be unbelievably profitable as well.

Market Board

The other way to get the Sukiya-Zukuri Cottage Walls in FFXIV is way easier, doesn’t require a Workshop, and can be done instantly. That is through the Market Board. Unfortunately, it is going to be quite costly this way. Right now on my world, it costs about 750,000 Gil for the Sukiya-Zukuri Cottage Walls.

It is about 2 million Gil for a medium house and almost 3 million for a large. If you’re really trying to save money, it may be worth traveling to other worlds and even data centers to find the best deal on the Market Board. But still expect to pay a handsome sum for these gorgeous walls.

Final Fantasy XIV is available now for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
