Where to find Lime in Hades 2

Lime deposits appear in Oceanos in Hades 2, which is the domain located after traversing through Erebus. To reach Oceanos, you will need to defeat Hecate, the first boss of the game. Once you manage to best her, you’ll be able to enter Oceanos and search for Lime deposits in rooms there, which look like blocky pillars of sand-colored stone.

In order to harvest materials like Lime, you will first need to unlock gathering tools by completing the “Night’s Craftwork” incantation. This will cost a sprig of Moly, a yellow flower you can find in Erebus, and afterward, you can purchase the Crescent Pick for a single pinch of Ash, which is a common room reward. Afterwards, remember to equip the pick before starting your run, and you’ll be able to get several pieces of Lime from any deposits you find in Oceanos.

How to Use Lime in Hades 2

Once gathered, Lime is then used as an ingredient in several incantations, with the first one likely being “Gathering of Ancient Bones,” which picks a specific weapon every night that will earn you extra Bones for using it. Later, other incantations will require Lime to unlock healing rooms in Oceanos and to spawn breakable treasure boxes full of coins.
