There are a variety of strategies to get Kingslayer kills in Modern Warfare 3. However, like most of the top challenges in a CoD game, it requires a little bit of patience. However, here is a list of the best methods to snag Kingslayer kills in MW3:
Play certain Game Modes
The first method to get Kingslayer kills in MW3 for camo skins and daily challenges is to play certain game modes. You can pretty much play any six-on-six game mode, but there are ones in particular you should try. For one, you should never play game modes like Ground War since there are far too many players, and it will be hard to find the leader of the match.
War is my favorite since it is six-on-six, but you have a lot of time in this mode. It lets you find the enemy team’s leader often, increasing your chances of taking them out. Search & Destroy also works well since you have lots of rounds, and it is easier to pinpoint the leader. Once Ranked mode comes out, it will be even easier since four-on-four modes will be an option.
Use a Sniper Rifle
I really like the sniper rifle for this particular type of challenge. The sniper rifle eliminates players in one shot or two at the most, and it has unbelievable range. This makes it much easier to locate the king of the scoreboard from afar and take them out. I also like SMGs if you want to rush at the enemy and eliminate them that way.
Camp at specific locations
This method is the cheesiest and scummiest in some players’ eyes, but it can also help you get Kingslayer kills in MW3 if you are that desperate. What you want to do here is camp out at the enemy team’s spawn in modes like Control or War, where it is easy to spot the leader. You can then eliminate players right as they spawn before your teammates do, giving you a better chance of taking out the “king.”
