• Duty Roulettes: I highly suggest Leveling, Trials, Main Scenario, Alliance Raids, Normal Raids, and Frontline in particular.
• Endwalker Alliance Raids: Aglaia, Euphrosyne, and Thaleia
• The Arcadion Raids
• General PvP
• Hunt Trains

What you need to note about this, though, is at least right now, Tomestones of Heliometry have a weekly cap of 450. This means you can only earn 450 every week. There is no need to over-grind in this case. You can get the 450 easily by just doing your Duty Roulettes for a few days of the week.
