How to get Bellanoir’s Slab Fragment in Palworld – location guide

The Bellanoir’s Slab Fragment can be found in any Dungeon in Palworld and can be obtained as a random reward for opening purple and golden chests. Because of their rare spawn rates, though, you are better off hopping on one of the flying mounts in Palworld and looking in any dungeon that is nearby.

In my game, I found the four needed Bellanoir’s Slab Fragment items by visiting six different dungeons across the map. From what I could tell, higher-level Dungeons with golden chests had a slightly better drop rate. But I also got a Slab by completing a level 13 Dungeon in the game’s opening area.

Regardless, run through any Dungeon and sprint your way to the very back until you find the boss room. Take out the Boss Pal, and you will find two chests at the exit crystal. The Bellanoir’s Slab Fragment item can be found in any of the chests located at a Dungeon’s exit in Palworld.

How to Summon Bellanoir Raid Boss in Palworld

To summon Belanoir in Palworld, you need to craft a Summoning Altar at level 33 and find four Bellanoir’s Slab Fragments. However, the steps to start the raid are a bit more complicated than that, as you have to complete a few steps first before you can begin the boss fight. Don’t worry, though. We’ve got you covered!

Below are the steps to summon the Bellanoir Raid Boss:

  • Find four Bellanoir’s Slab Fragments in Dungeon chests or random overworld chests.
  • Combine the four Bellanoir’s Slab Fragments at a Production Assembly Line II to create a Bellanoir’s Slab.
    • The Production Assembly Line II is unlocked at level 42 and is crafted with the following:
      • 100 Refined Ingots.
      • 10 Circuit Boards.
      • 30 Nails.
  • Unlock the Summoning Altar with 3 Ancient Technology Points at Level 33.
  • Craft a Summoning Altar.
    • The Summoning Altar can be crafted with:
      • 100 Stones.
      • 20 Paldium Fragments.
  • Place the Summoning Altar at your Base (it’s recommended that you create a new base solely for the Raid).
  • Put the Bellanoir’s Slab on the Summoning Altar to begin the Bellanoir Raid boss.

Before you attempt the Bellanoir Raid boss, you must be at least level 33 in Palworld. That is because you need to reach this level to unlock the Summoning Altar. The new Raid item can be unlocked in your Technology menu, and can be purchased with three Ancient Technology points.

The second step is the trickiest, as you will need to collect four of Bellanoir’s Slab Fragments. These have a low drop rate, so it may take you exploring a handful of dungeons and opening many chests before you get them. Once you collect them, you will then need to use a Production Assembly Line II to craft the Bellanoir’s Slab item.

Once you have everything, it’s now time to build the Summoning Altar. Before you do this though, it’s important that you DO NOT build the Summoning Altar in your main base. If you do, Bellanoir will pop in and destroy everything in a second. Because of this, it’s recommended that you create a second base within walking distance from your current camp.

Once you have an open area that is far enough away from your base, you can build the Summoning Altar. You may need to clear the area, though, as the structure is pretty massive! Press “Up” on your D-Pad to access build mode, and scroll through the wheel until you see the Summoning Altar.

After you build the Summoning Altar with 100 Stones and 20 Paldium Fragments, you will need to activate it. To summon Bellanoir, add the Bellanoir’s Slab to the Summoning Altar by walking up to the Summoning Altar and interacting with it, then use the menu to select Bellanoir’s Slab and add it.

With Bellanoir’s Slab now on the altar, you need to interact with it again and click the “Summon Powerful Pal” option. A warning message will pop up and let you know that the Raid Boss may destroy your base. If you are ready, click “yes” to start the Bellanoir Raid Boss in Palworld.

How to Get Bellanoir in Palworld

You can not catch Bellanoir in Palworld. Yep, you read that right. However, you can still obtain the rare Pal. To get Bellanoir, you must defeat her in the Raid boss and hatch her from an egg. Once you summon the Dark-type Pal at the altar, kill it as fast as possible.

After defeating the Raid battle, Bellanoir will drop a Huge Dark Egg. Pick up the Huge Dark Egg and put it inside an incubator to hatch Bellanoir in Palworld. If you don’t already have one in camp, you can unlock the Egg Incubator at level 7 with Ancient Technology points.

How long it takes for Bellanoir to hatch will vary from player to player, depending on their hatching settings. At the time of writing, this is the only way to currently get Bellanoir in Palworld. However, you are guaranteed to get an egg after defeating the new Raid Boss, so it’s not too bad.
