How to Get Animal Treats in LEGO Fortnite

In LEGO Fortnite, you can now create a farm and tame wild creatures if you unlock the Animal Treats item. This guide will explain how to get Animal Treats in LEGO Fortnite and how to use them to befriend pets.

How to Unlock Animal Treats in LEGO Fortnite

To unlock the Animal Treat item, you need to craft a Barn in LEGO Fortnite. You will automatically get the snack recipe once you’ve placed the farmhouse inside of your Village. However, there are a few extra steps you will need to complete before you can unlock the farming treat.

Here are the steps to unlock Animal Treats:

• Raise your Village to Level 2 to unlock the Barn building.
• Craft a Lumber Mill in your Village.
  • Lumber Mill Recipe:
  • 8 Wood
  • 15 Granite
• Now that you have a Lumber Mill go chop down some trees to get 10 Wood material
• Interact with the Lumber Mill to convert the wood into 10 Plank.
• Access the “Build Menu” and select Barn in the “Utility” tab.
  • Barn Recipe:
  • 10 Plank
• After you build and place the Barn in your Village, you will automatically unlock the Animal Treat crafting recipe.

Animal Treat Recipe

Animal Treat can be crafted with 5 Vines and 3 Corn. Before you can make the treat, though, you also need to unlock and craft a Grill at your village with 30 Granite. Once you place the cooking appliance in your Village, you can start crafting Animal Treats.

Animal Treats are used to befriend creatures in LEGO Fortnite. With the new V29.30 Update, you can now create a farm in your Village. However, you need to give a wild creature an Animal Treat first before you can bring it back to your camp.
