How do I get Spoken Blood in FFXIV?

There are two main ways to find FFXIV Spoken Blood, but it depends on how patient or frugal you are. If you are the type of crafter who likes to gather up everything themselves and not waste a Gil, you can get Spoken Blood in two places. One is the South Shroud at X: 23.3, Y: 24.8, and the other is at the North Shroud around X: 21.7, Y: 19.7.

In the South Shroud, you can gather this material by taking out the swarms of Snakemolt Bats that populate the area and are pretty common. On the other hand, you’ll want to take out the Lesser Kalong in the North Shroud. I prefer the South Shroud, personally, as it seems to offer slightly better drop rates for Spoken Blood.

The second option is the far easier and more straightforward method for Spoken Blood. Head to the nearest Market Board and purchase it there. You can generally get this item off the Market Board for a handful of Gil, so even newer crafters can afford it.
