Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty includes plenty of new and exciting main story missions for players to do in the DLC, including the “Run This Town” mission. This particular DLC quest sees players explore the aftermath of their previous mission and find out the long-awaited identity of a certain supporting character.

How to Complete Cyberpunk 2077 “Run This Town”

Note: Spoilers ahead for “Run This Town.”

The Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty “Run This Town” mission picks up right after the previous mission. The new area of Dogtown now has a hole in its leadership with the sudden death of the villain Kurt Hansen. As such, Mr. Hands contacts you, who you may remember from the many other side gigs he offers to you.

The normally faceless client of V’s is finally ready to show his face in “Run This Town.” So the first thing you’ll want to do is head to the Heavy Hearts Club and meet up with Mr. Hands. You can see the general area where below.

Quick word of advice! You will have an option before any of this all begins to say V is “plain sick of politics.” Don’t do this, or you automatically fail the mission. (Unless that’s what you want.) You want to select “count me in” to keep going.

Agree to do the mission, then grab the items Mr. Hands has for you. These consist of the gun, Aguilar suit, and behavioral imprint. After you do, you’ll be told and shown exactly where to go next. Put on your disguise to turn into Aguilar at the mirror, then head to the marked meeting spot.

Once there, you’ll need to defeat all of the Voodoo Boys in this meeting area. You can opt for stealth if you wish, but that’s not necessary and might even prove difficult. After you’ve beaten them up, Jago will appear and you’ll get to decide what to do with him. Telling him to resume his place makes him back out. You’ll fight him if you tell him to die. The best result is option three, which lets you threaten him, but you can only use it if you have 15 Body stat or higher.

After dealing with Jago, you can decide if you want to finish the mission and let Mr. Hands know or go after Bennett. I recommend going after Bennett, who you’ll find at the new marker on the map near Skyline & Republic. You’ll get to choose whether to fight Bennett or not, which doesn’t matter much, but tell him he’ll forget about Arasaka if you want a fight.

Head to the Black Sapphire next, as Aguilar, for Kurt Hansen’s wake. Go to the casino floor using the elevator. You’ll then want to head to speak with Bennett and then make a final decision to complete the mission.

There are a lot of choices in this mission, but the final one is the only one that truly matters. You can side with Jago and kill Bennett, have Jago bow to Bennett, kill Jago, or pull out your weapon and make both work together. I prefer the final option for the future of Dogtown but all of them work. They don’t affect the story all that much in the grand scheme or affect the reward Mr. Hands gives you.

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty is available for the PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
