Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty added a bunch of side gigs for players to check out, including the “Moving Heat” mission. Unfortunately, you won’t unlock this particular mission until you beat the main story of Phantom Liberty. It appears this is one of the last side gigs you can unlock in the new DLC and it has two approaches to completing it.

How do I complete the Cyberpunk 2077 side gig “Moving Heat”

You are able to complete the Cyberpunk 2077 “Moving Heat” side gig through either stealth or guns blazing. I don’t recommend the latter, since it goes against what the client wants and there are way too many enemies to deal with.

Here’s how to do this entire mission and claim a new vehicle for yourself using the stealth method:

  1. Respond to Ashley’s message to start the mission.
  2. Head to the marked facility and enter it.
  3. Go down to the bottom floor where your client will shut down one of the cameras for you.
  4. Now, there are lots more cameras in this area so be sure to use your hacking skills to disable them.
  5. Take your time, slowly crossing this large area and taking out each enemy with stealth as you go.
  6. Go through the gate at the end of the large room to enter the parking garage.
  7. Take your time here, as there are many enemies roaming around the cars. Use the cars to sneak around and make your way to the marked truck.
  8. Get into the back of the truck.
  9. Ride in the truck until you reach the marked car for this side gig.
  10. Get inside the vehicle, hack it, and start to drive off.
  11. As you drive away, be sure to stop when the guard asks you to. Don’t worry, you’ll be fine.
  12. Leave the facility while driving the car to complete the side gig.

Note that if you fire away at all your enemies in this mission, you’ll have to not only clear out the foes in the parking garage (of which there are a ton), but you’ll find even more enemies as you try to drive off.

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty is available for the PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
