How to dash 3 times in 10 seconds while affected by Underworld Dash in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2

For Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2, Myths & Mortals, Epic Games has brought several iconic locations from Greek mythology to the battle royale title, such as Mount Olympus and the Underworld. Sticking to the theme of Season 2, the new Kickstart Quest asks you to “dash 3 times in 10 seconds while affected by Underworld Dash.” If you are confused about what this means, you are not alone! After all, the game doesn’t exactly explain it. However, we’ve got you covered.

Below are the steps on how to dash three times in 10 seconds with Underworld Dash in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2:

  • Drop into the green water near the Underworld.
  • After emerging from the Underworld water, you’ll have three green skulls floating around you.
  • Press “X” (PlayStation) or “A” (Xbox) to jump into the air, and then quickly press the jump button again.
  • Your character will then dash quickly with a green streak behind them.
  • Repeat this two more times in rapid succession so that you dash three times in under 10 seconds to complete the Kickstart quest.

As soon as your match starts, jump out of the Battle Bus as it passes near The Underworld location on your map. You don’t need to land directly on top of Hades’ palace. Instead, you just need to land in any of the green water spread across the entire northern region of the map.

Once you land inside the water, you will automatically be given the new speed buff. You can tell when you are “affected” by the Underworld Dash because you will have three green skulls floating around your character. Each skull represents one dash. You need to use up all three of these skulls in under 10 seconds to complete this Kickstart Quest.
